Eliza first joined the team at Aspiro Adventure in 2020 as a field guide prior to moving into the logistics department. In her current role as Vantage Point Program Coordinator, Eliza develops and facilitates a weekly curriculum for the Vantage Point students, focusing on social-emotional themes and goals. Eliza holds both a bachelor’s and master’s degree in social work from The University of Vermont. Growing up on a farm in rural Vermont, the outdoors have always been a big part of her identity. Eliza states, “In my professional life, I have always been passionate about child and adolescent mental health, so wilderness therapy was a very natural pairing of my strengths and interests.” Outside of work, Eliza can often be found exploring the mountains and deserts of Utah, skiing, biking, and running.
